For foundation repair companies
You pay for booked inspections. Nothing else.
We run the Meta and Google ads, pay for them, and screen every homeowner who responds. You get foundation repair appointments on your calendar and pay one price for each. No retainer. No setup fee.
- No retainer or setup fee. Billing starts with the first qualified appointment.
- We fund the ads. You never hand over an ad budget.
- Never shared. Each homeowner is booked with you and only you.
Who carries the risk
With a retainer you pay whether the phone rings or not. With a lead marketplace you pay for names, and so do your competitors. With pay per appointment, a quiet month costs us, not you.
| Retainer agency | Lead marketplace | Pay per appointment | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What you pay for | A monthly fee, plus your ad budget | Every lead, good or bad | Each qualified, booked inspection |
| Who pays for the ads | You | The marketplace | We do |
| Who else gets the homeowner | Nobody | Usually several other contractors | Nobody |
| Who screens the inquiries | Your office | Your office | We do, before it reaches you |
| In a slow month | You pay the full fee | You pay for whatever came in | You pay for fewer appointments |
How it works
Four steps. You're involved in the first one and the last one.
-
We agree what a good appointment is
On the first call we map your service area, the jobs you want, the ones you don't, and when your estimators are free.
-
We run the ads
Campaigns on Meta and Google reach homeowners in your area who are seeing cracks, sticking doors, sloping floors or a wet crawl space. We build them, pay for them and manage them.
-
We screen every inquiry
Each homeowner is checked against your criteria before anything reaches you. Renters, out-of-area addresses and people with no foundation problem stop here.
-
The inspection lands on your calendar
You get the homeowner's name, address, phone number and what they described, in a slot you had open. That appointment is what you're billed for.
What counts as an appointment
You're billed only when all five are true. The exact wording goes into your agreement before the first ad runs, so there's no arguing about it later.
- The person owns the home.
- The address is inside your service area.
- They've described a foundation problem, not a general question.
- A date and time for the inspection is confirmed with them.
- You have their name, address and a working phone number.
One price per appointment
There's no public price list, because what it costs to reach a homeowner differs a lot from one market to the next. Your price depends on three things.
- Your market
- Ad costs and competition where you work.
- Your criteria
- The stricter the filter, the more homeowners we screen out for each one we book.
- Your volume
- How many inspections a month your team can run.
You get a fixed price per appointment, in writing, before anything starts.
Request pricingQuestions contractors ask
Who pays for the ads?
We do. The ad spend is our cost and our risk. You pay the agreed price for each qualified appointment and nothing toward the campaigns.
Are the appointments shared with other contractors?
No. A homeowner we book for you is booked with you alone. We don't sell the same inquiry twice.
What if an appointment doesn't meet the criteria?
Then it isn't billable. Tell us which one and why, and it comes off the invoice. The criteria are written down before we start so both sides are reading from the same list.
What about no-shows?
How no-shows and reschedules are handled is spelled out in your agreement before the first ad runs. We confirm every appointment with the homeowner before it goes on your calendar.
How many appointments will I get?
That depends on how many homeowners live in your service area and what ads cost there. On the call we'll give you an honest estimate for your market. It's an estimate, not a promise, which is why you only pay for what's delivered.
What do you need from me?
Your service area, the kinds of jobs you want and don't want, and calendar slots your estimators can keep. After that, someone to show up to the inspection on time.
Do you work with other trades?
No. Foundation repair is all we do, so the ads, the screening questions and the booking process are built around your kind of job.
